Abhijit has been active in the BPO sector since 2017 as a dedicated full-time freelancer. He brings expertise in real estate lead generation, research, marketing, business development, team lead, administrative support, content create, back-office management, and various other roles. After graduating from MUC Women’s College, Burdwan in 2012 with a degree in Arts, she began her career in the IT sector, working in a BPO (voice process) in Durgapur in 2013. She later moved to Kolkata and eventually settled in her hometown, Burdwan, where she worked for 7 years in non-voice BPO roles as an executive freelancer.
She is highly skilled in marketing, presentations, client meetings, back-office support, and more, truly an all-rounder and a virtual entrepreneur. Creative, career-oriented, and practical, she is always eager to learn, try new things, and take on challenges. Her professional attitude, efficiency, and dedication to hard work define her approach. She doesn’t believe in perfection; as she puts it, “No one is perfect, but we can always make things better.”
Abhijit and Lucy were co-workers at a BPO. After both left their jobs, they came up with the idea to start their own BPO.
